Liane Gregory-Sterritt has taught Improvisation  Comedy for decades in Toronto and across Southwestern Ontario to dozens of students aged 16 to 86.  Liane has earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Theatre from York University, is a graduate of The Second City (Toronto) Master Class, and has also studied acting, writing, voice, and character-clowning (Pochinko Method).  Her experience as an actor, director, writer, character clown, producer, and teacher has given Liane a unique perspective and led her to develop her method for teaching improvisation. The Laugh n Learn course, created and produced by Liane in 2012, focuses on harnessing the elements of collaboration, focus, and fun to create a learning environment where each student can courageously explore their own abilities and uniqueness. Liane’s style is like that of a mother eagle: nurturing yet firmly intent on soaring to new heights—and having a blast doing it all!
